On Protection and Utilization of Water Cultural Heritage Resources in Hangzhou from Perspective of Ecological Civilization
The water cultural heritage in Hangzhou is characterized by its profound historical and cultural deposits,rich and colorful cultural types,and distinct regional characteristics of water towns,which have condensed into the soul of Hangzhou,the city of mountains and waters.There are some challenges in the protection and utiliza-tion of Hangzhou water cultural heritage,such as inadequate implementation of new development concepts,diffi-culties in resources integration,insufficient activation of heritages,and serious homogenization of development and utilization.Therefore,in the context of building an ecological civilization and"Beautiful City",the water cultural heritage in Hangzhou should be protected and utilized on the premise of adhering to the awareness of eco-logical civilization,so as to implement the concept of ecological civilization,strengthen the activation and inher-itance of heritage,and promote the integration and development of culture and tourism.Not only should it fully utilize the historical and cultural value of its water cultural heritage,but also become a composite of ecological,cultural,and economic effects.
