摘要
抽水蓄能电站常采用建设单位整体委托质量检测机构开展第三方质量检测的模式.在该模式下,第三方质量检测合同金额大、检测范围广,因此对检测试验进行管理尤为重要.南方区域抽水蓄能电站第三方质量检测管理案例表明,建设单位应在工程开工前的招标阶段、试验室建设管理等方面做好策划管理,进一步规范第三方质量检测管理,助力抽水蓄能电站高质量建设.
Abstract
The mode of entrusting the quality inspection institution to carry out third-party quality inspection is commonly accepted in pumped storage power stations.In this mode,the managing of quality inspection is particu-larly important due to the large contract amount and wide testing scope of the third-party quality.Based on the experience of third-party quality inspection management of pumped storage power stations in the southern China,it is put forward that the construction units should do a good job in planning and management in the bidding stage and laboratory construction before the project starts,and strengthening quality inspection management,so as to further standardize the third-party quality inspection management and assist in high-quality construction of pumped storage power stations.
