基于数值仿真技术的散粒体堰坝材料特性研究

选取20~40,40~60,40~80,60~100,80~120 cm不同粒径块石颗粒组成的5组散粒体堰坝进行抗冲破坏实验研究,同时运用Flow-3D进行数值模拟,在相互对照验证的基础上,进行了 3组拓展计算。研究结果表明,数值模拟得到的沿程流速及堰坝破坏情况与实验结果吻合较好,三维数值仿真技术可以运用在散粒体堰坝结构特性的仿真研究中,同时对物理模型实验进行拓展研究,弥补物理模型所受实验条件的不足。散粒体堰坝的沿程流速、下游的水跌影响范围等都与通过堰体的单宽流量呈正相关关系,组成堰坝块石的等效粒径D、等效质量G与其能承受的最大抗冲流速v呈指数相关,且当抗冲流速超过2。5 m·s-1时,块石粒径增加对于抗冲性能影响的边际递减效应也越来越明显。
Research on Material Characteristics of Granular Mixtures Weir Based on Digital Simulation Technology
Five groups of granular mixtures weirs composed of different block sizes of 20~40,40~60,40~80,60~100,80~120 cm were selected for the experiment of impulse damage resistance.At the same time,Flow-3D simulation technology was used to simulate the physical experiment.On the basis of mutual comparison and verifi-cation,three groups of numerical simulation were expanded.The results show that the flow rate and weir failure situation obtained by the numerical simulation agree with the physical experiment results.Three-dimensional nu-merical simulation technology can be used in the simulation study on structural characteristics of the granular mix-tures weir,making up for the physical model affected by experimental conditions.The flow velocity along the granular mixture weir and the influence range of water fall downstream are positively correlated with the single wide flow through the weir body.The equivalent particle size D and the equivalent weight G of the weir are expo-nentially correlated with the maximum impact velocity v that can be borne by the weir body.Moreover,when the impact velocity exceeds 2.5 m/s,the marginal decreasing effect of the increase of particle size on the anti-impact property is more and more obvious.
