Countermeasures on High Quality Assurance for Water Resources in Hangzhou
Compared with advanced cities in China,the indicators of water utilization efficiency of Hangzhou is in the forefront of Zhejiang Province and leading in the southern part of China.By systematically investigating the basic situation of water resources and the balance between supply and demand,the utilization efficiency of water resources in Hangzhou is analyzed.It is found that there are some problems in water resources security in Hang-zhou.The existing water supply capacity of reservoirs fails to meet the demand for high-quality water in cities and towns.The guarantee of rural water supply under extreme weather is insufficient,and the implementation of dif-ferentiated water supply needs to be strengthened.The idea of optimizing the allocation of water resources is put forward,including extending diversion of water from Qiandao Lake,distributing water from Fenshui River,sup-plying water from outside the region,and implementing differentiated water supply,which can provide reference for improving water resources security in Hangzhou.
