基于UE4钢闸门运行姿态的可视化研究与应用

水工钢闸门是水利工程的重要组成部分,其运行姿态可视化是实现数字孪生水利工程的前提。为实现水利工程的数字化及现代化运行管理,以水工钢闸门运行姿态相对复杂的液压翻板闸为研究对象,融合运用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术与虚幻引擎,构建了闸门运行姿态可视化模块。应用结果表明,BIM+UE4+Blueprint的技术路线可高仿真地模拟闸门运行姿态;通过采用二次开发、数据融合,可为数字资产、调度运行和健康状态监视等业务模块提供组件支撑。
Research and Application on Operating Attitude Visualization of Steel Gate Based on UE4
Hydraulic steel gate is an important part of hydraulic engineering,and the visualization of its operating attitude is a necessary work to realize digital twin hydraulic engineering.In order to realize the digitalization and modern opera-tion management of hydraulic engineering,based on a kind of hydraulic flap gate,a visualization module of the operat-ing attitude of hydraulic steel gate is constructed by using Building information model(BIM)technology and Unreal En-gine.The application results show that the technical path of BIM+UE4+Blueprint can simulate the operating attitude of the gate with high quality,and can provide component support for digital assets,scheduling operation,health status monitoring and other business modules by adopting secondary development and data fusion.
