U型薄壁渡槽防碳化防冲蚀研究——以武义车园和乌溪渡槽为例

浙江省大量的U型薄壁渡槽经长期服役,现已出现槽身碳化、槽身水泥砂浆掉块等老化病害现象.为维持槽身正常输水能力,确保槽身安全运行,需对槽身进行实地安全检测.对武义县源口水库灌区车园和乌溪渡槽的槽身进行检测,确认了槽身主要病害成因为碳化损害与冲磨侵蚀,并针对这两大病害采用基底处理、聚合物砂浆修补、涂层封闭保护以及粘贴碳纤维带相结合的修复措施,可较大程度地提升槽身强度,达到预期修复效果.该研究可为今后其他老化渡槽修复提供参考.
Research on Carbonization and Erosion Prevention of U-shaped Thin-walled Aqueduct:A Case of Cheyuan and Wuxi Aqueducts
A large number of U-shaped thin-walled aqueducts in Zhejiang Province have been in service for a long time and the aging diseases such as carbonization and cement mortar falling have appeared.In order to maintain the normal water delivery capacity of the aqueduct and ensure its safe operation,the on-site safety inspection of the aqueduct is required.The bodies of Cheyuan Aqueduct and Wuxi Aqueduct in the irrigation area of Yuankou Reservoir in Wuyi County were tested,and it was confirmed that the main diseases of the aqueducts were caused by carbonization damage and erosion.In order to address these two major diseases,the combination of basement treatment,polymer mortar repair,coating sealing protection and pasting carbon fiber belt was adopted to im-prove the strength of the aqueducts to a large extent and achieve the expected repair effect,providing reference for the repair of other aging aqueducts in the future.
