放水洞工作闸门更换场景中,施工安全监测面临着数据不准确、异常值干扰和应力状态难以准确评估的问题。为此,提出放水洞工作闸门更换场景施工数据安全监测方法。通过力学计算,确定闸门关键截面的应力值,评估闸门结构的承载能力;对采集的应力数据进行平滑处理,去除异常值和噪声;利用特征提取技术从处理后的数据中提取关键特征,并通过加权处理算法对特征进行综合分析;构建施工安全监测模型,对监测数据进行融合处理,并计算安全监测阈值;通过比较施工安全可靠性概率与安全监测阈值,判断施工的安全状态。实例分析结果表明,该设计方法得到的监测极限平衡率与基准值相符,具有较高的监测准确性。
On Safety Monitoring on Construction Data in Scenario of Service Gate Replacement for Drainage Tunnel
In the scenario of service gate replacement for drainage tunnel,construction safety monitoring faces problems such as inaccurate data,interference from outliers,and difficulty in accurately evaluating the stress state.Therefore,a safety monitoring method on construction data in the scenario of service gate replacement for the drainage tunnel is proposed.Through mechanical calculations,the stress value of the key section of the gate is determined and the bearing capacity of the gate structure is evaluated.The collected stress data is smoothed to re-move outliers and noise.Feature extraction technique is used to extract key features from the processed data,and the weighted processing algorithm is adopted to analyze the features comprehensively.The construction safety monitoring model is built,the monitoring data is fused,and the safety monitoring threshold is calculated.By comparing the probability of construction safety reliability with the safety monitoring threshold,the safety status of the construction is determined.The example analysis results show that the monitoring limit equilibrium rate ob-tained by the designed method is consistent with the benchmark value of high monitoring accuracy.
