Comprehensive Utilization of Water Conservancy and Kinetic Energy for Pumped Storage Power Station
The comprehensive utilization of water conservancy and kinetic energy for pumped storage power station involves many factors such as pumped power generation,flood control,water supply and so on,at the same time,the maximum pumped head of the unit equipment,the minimum power head limit as well as the excavation scheme are also important conditions for hydropower planning.Based on the planning and selection of a medium-sized pumped storage power station in Jinyun County,Zhejiang Province,the typical methods of comprehensive utilization of water conservancy and kinetic energy for pumped storage power station are discussed,including irri-gation and energy storage.The key problems in the planning and design process are obtained,such as the control of the ratio of maximum pumped head to minimum power generation head,the impact of excavation scheme on pumped storage energy,and the related flood regulation calculation and water level design in the planning and si-ting stage,which can provide reference for relevant planning and design.
