基于北斗GNSS的高原铁路地质灾害监测技术研究

为探讨基于北斗全球导航卫星系统(GNSS)的高原铁路地质灾害监测技术,以新建川藏铁路为背景,采用技术案例结合理论应用的方法,立足高原铁路地质灾害的特点,分析了北斗GNSS技术在地质灾害监测中的具体应用。研究结果表明,针对高原铁路复杂的地质灾害,采用北斗GNSS技术,构建一套涵盖全面感知、真实分析、实时控制的地质灾害监测预警控制体系,可实现由灾后救助转向灾前预防,由单一灾种应对转向综合减灾,由减少灾害损失转向减轻灾害风险的转变。这一体系的建立有助于提高地质灾害防治工作的整体效果,同时能够大幅提升铁路运行的安全性,为保障人民群众的生命财产安全提供有力支持,可供类似项目的地质灾害监测参考。
Plateau Railway Geological Hazard Monitoring Technology Based on Beidou GNSS
In order to explore the geological hazard monitoring technology of plateau railway based on Beidou GNSS,the specific application of Beidou GNSS technology in geological hazard monitoring is analyzed by combi-ning technical cases with theoretical application based on the characteristics of plateau railway geological hazard as well as the background of the newly built Sichuan-Tibet Railway.The results show that for the complex geolog-ical hazard of plateau railway,a set of geological hazard monitoring,early warning and control system covering comprehensive perception,real analysis and real-time control can be constructed by using Beidou GNSS technolo-gy,which can realize the transformation from post-disaster relief to pre-disaster prevention,from single disaster response to comprehensive disaster reduction,and from disaster loss reduction to disaster risk reduction.The es-tablishment of this system will help to improve the overall effect of geological hazard prevention and control,greatly improve the safety of railway operation,provide strong support for safeguarding the safety of people's lives,which can provide effective reference and guidance for geological hazard monitoring of similar projects.
