Direction and Requirements for Developing the Construction Standards of National High-level Non-governmental Institutions of Higher Learning in the New Era
China's non-governmental higher education is an important part of higher education,and promoting its high-quality de-velopment is the requirement of the Communist Party of China(CPC)and the Chinese state for higher education in the new era.The construction of national high-level non-governmental institutions of higher learning aims at guiding and promoting their high-quality development,contributing to the construction of a strong country in higher education.The development of construction standards of high-level non-governmental institutions of higher learning should fully reflect the new concepts and requirements of higher education and non-governmental higher education of the CPC and the Chinese state in the new era.It should adhere to the rules governing higher education institutions and the requirements for talent cultivation in non-governmental institutions of higher learning,base on the development path of non-governmental institutions of higher learning,highlight their contribution to local e-conomic and industrial development,fully embody the principle of differentiated guidance,and guide them to follow their unique development path.The development of construction standards of high-level non-governmental institutions of higher learning should have directional requirements to guide them in adhering to the direction of socialist education,and in strengthening their internal development.It should also have development requirements to encourage innovative and distinctive development among high-level non-governmental institutions of higher learning in different regions.
