Effect and Enlightenment of Frontline Social Workers'Emotional Ability on Turnover Intention from the Perspective of Emotional Labor:An Empirical Analysis based on CSWLS 2019
This study explores the relationship between emotional ability of frontline social workers and turnover intention from the perspective of emotional labor,considering emotional resource gains and losses,based on the data from the China Social Work Longitudinal Survey(CSWLS 2019).The results indicate that emotional ability has a direct and significant negative impact on turnover intention,and this impact is mediated by job satisfaction,emotional exhaustion,supervisory support,and supervisor support.Among these mediating factors,job satisfaction has the strongest mediating effect and significantly differs from other me-diating effects.Both supervisory support and supervisor support have significant mediating effects,while colleague support does not show a significant mediating effect,requiring further exploration.
