长三角生态环境与经济高质量协同发展时空演变研究

中文摘要：生态与经济协同发展已经成为当下区域高质量发展的时代需求,基于 2012-2022 年面板数据,运用熵值法以及耦合协调模型对长三角生态环境与经济高质量协同发展关系进行分析.结果表明:(1)从研究区间看,长三角生态环境与经济高质量发展水平增长显著,经济高质量发展水平呈单调递增趋势,生态环境发展水平呈曲折上升趋势,两系统发展不平衡;(2)从生态环境与经济高质量发展的变化来看,三省一市的生态环境水平与经济高质量发展水平相比于 2012 年进步明显,且经济高质量发展水平增长幅度远高于生态环境发展水平;(3)从时序演变来看,2012-2022 年长三角整体生态环境与经济高质量发展耦合协调度上升态势明显,从勉强协调上升到良好协调阶段;(4)从空间差异来看,安徽从2012 年的濒临失调阶段提升到2022 年的良好协调阶段,上海、江苏和浙江从2012 年的勉强协调阶段上升到2022 年的良好协调阶段,但城市之间的发展差距仍较大.基于此,提出加大技术创新投入、优化经济产业结构、提升综合指数水平、缩小区域发展差距等建议,以期为加快长三角一体化进程提供借鉴.

外文摘要：Coordinated development of ecology and economy has become a necessity for regional high-quality development in the current era.Based on panel data from 2012 to 2022,this study employs the entropy method and coupling coordination model to analyze the relationship between the ecological environment and high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta.The results show that:(1)Within the research period,the ecological environment and high-quality economic development level in the Yangtze River Delta have significantly increased.The level of high-quality economic development shows a monotonically in-creasing trend,while the level of ecological environment development exhibits a fluctuating upward trend,indicating an imbalance in the development of the two systems.(2)Looking at the changes in the ecological environment and high-quality economic de-velopment,the level of ecological environment and high-quality economic development in the three provinces and one municipality has significantly improved compared to 2012.Moreover,the growth rate of high-quality economic development is much higher than that of the ecological environment development.(3)From the temporal evolution perspective,the overall coupling coordina-tion between the ecological environment and high-quality economic development in the Yangtze River Delta from 2012 to 2022 has shown a significant upward trend.It has progressed from barely coordinated to a stage of good coordination.(4)From the per-spective of spatial differences,Anhui has progressed from the verge of imbalance in 2012 to a stage of good coordination in 2022.Shanghai,Jiangsu,and Zhejiang have advanced from a stage of barely coordinated in 2012 to a stage of good coordination in 2022.However,there still exists a significant development gap among cities.Based on this,it is suggested to increase invest-ment in technological innovation,optimize the economic industrial structure,enhance the level of comprehensive indices,and narrow the regional development gap,so as to provide references for accelerating the integration process of the Yangtze River Delta.
