摘要
在新一轮科技革命的浪潮下,数字化转型是企业应对新业态发展的必然趋势.通过对2012-2023 年我国A股上市公司数据的分析,利用企业年报文本特征词测算企业的数字化转型程度,在此基础上,从理论和实证两个方面研究数字化转型对企业国际化速度的作用机理,并探讨环境不确定性对其的调节作用.文章丰富和拓展了数字化转型对企业国际化速度的影响,得出的结论及相应的对策能助力企业实现高质量发展.
Abstract
Under the new wave of scientific and technological revolution,digital transformation has become an inevitable trend for enterprises to adapt to the development of new business models.Through analyzing the data of A-share listed companies from 2012 to 2023,this study calculates the degree of digital transformation in enterprises by utilizing key words extracted from their annual reports.Building upon this analysis,the paper investigates the impact of digital transformation on the internationalization speed of enterprises from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.Furthermore,it enriches and expands existing researches on how environmental uncertainty regulates the effect of digital transformation on enterprise internationalization speed.The conclu-sions and corresponding strategies derived from this study can assist enterprises in achieving high-quality and sustainable develop-ment.
