学科发展导向的现代产业学院建设:逻辑与路径

我国高等教育已进入高质量发展的新时代,国家也提出了"四新"建设战略.现代产业学院是当前推动高等教育发展的重要抓手,但其持续发展动力不足,根本原因是学科建设上着力不够.文章基于当前经济社会发展对现代产业学院建设的要求,探讨学科发展导向的现代产业学院建设的逻辑和路径.现代产业学院不仅要发挥人才培养的功能,更要承担推动现代学科发展的重任.现代产业学院发挥促进学科发展的功能应遵循学科发展基本逻辑,即紧跟产业需求、注重学科知识体系和制度场域建设.学科发展导向的现代产业学院建设应着力于审慎定位发展目标、致力构建新知识体系、广泛搭建学科制度场域、系统完善制度保障等路径.
Construction of Modern Industrial Colleges Guided by Discipline Development:Logic and Pathway
China's higher education has entered a new era of high-quality development,and the state has proposed the strategy of"Four News"construction.Modern industrial colleges are an important lever for promoting the development of higher education,but their sustained development is hindered by insufficient driving force,with the fundamental reason lying in inadequate emphasis on discipline construction.This paper explores the logic and path of constructing modern industrial colleges guided by the development of disciplines,based on the requirements of current economic and social development.Modern industrial colleges should not only fulfill the function of talent cultivation but also undertake the important task of promoting the development of modern disciplines.Modern industrial colleges should follow the basic logic of discipline development,which involves closely aligning with industrial needs and focusing on the construction of discipline knowledge systems and institutional fields.The construction of modern industri-al colleges guided by discipline development should focus on carefully positioning development goals,building new knowledge sys-tems,establishing a wide range of disciplinary institutional fields,and systematically improving institutional safeguards.
