绿色金融、科技金融与绿色创新耦合协调发展研究

基于我国2011—2021年30个省级地区的面板数据,构建绿色金融、科技金融和绿色创新指数,测度三者的耦合协调度,并运用Dagum基尼系数分析其分布特征和发展规律,揭示绿色金融、科技金融与绿色创新耦合协调发展的理论机制和演化特征.研究发现,我国绿色金融、科技金融与绿色创新发展的整体同步性较强,总体呈现增长趋势,但局部地区存在发展不同步与不协调的情况,中西部地区发展不均衡的情况更为突出.对此,应建立区域协同机制,促进东部成功经验向中西部输出,提升中西部的绿色金融与科技金融水平;促进资本聚集,优化资源配置,加大对中西部的金融支持,形成多层次科技资本市场,确保金融市场健康发展.
Coupled and Coordinated Development of Green Finance,Science and Technology Finance,and Green Innovation
Based on the panel data of 30 provincial-level regions in China from 2011 to 2021,the index of green finance,science and technology finance and green innovation is constructed,and the coupling and coordination degree of the three is measured. The Dagum Gini coefficient is used to analyze the distribution characteristics and development rules,and to reveal the theoretical mechanism and evolution characteristics of the coupled and coordinated development of green finance,science and technology fi-nance,and green innovation. The study found that the overall synchronization of China's green finance,science and technology fi-nance and green innovation development is strong,and the overall trend is growing. However,there are some areas where develop-ment is not synchronized and uncoordinated,and the development imbalance in the central and western regions is more prominent. Accordingly,a regional coordination mechanism should be established to promote the export of successful experience from the east-ern region to the central and western regions,and to improve the level of green finance and science and technology finance in the central and western regions. It is also necessary to promote capital accumulation,optimize resource allocation,increase financial support for the central and western regions,form a multi-level technology capital market,and ensure the healthy development of the financial market.
