专业集群是应用型本科高校提升办学水平的重要路径之一.专业集群建设的关键在于集聚效应,即整合资源并产生竞争优势,主要表现为规模、共享和创新三种效应.集聚效应有利于推进专业集群的总体集中性,增强内部关联性,提升外部契合性,具有不可或缺的重要价值.应用型本科高校通过完善组织的保障作用、强化专业间的竞合博弈关系以及顺应知识共同生产的发展趋势,可以有效促进集聚效应的生成进而提升专业集群的质量.
Abstract
During the 14th Five-year Plan period,higher education in China entered a new stage of high-quality development,and specialty group is one of the important paths for applied undergraduate universities to improve their standards. Key to the con-struction of specialty groups is agglomeration effect,i. e.,integrating resources and producing competitive advantage. It is mainly manifested in three effects:scale,sharing and innovation. The agglomeration effect is of indispensable value in promoting the o-verall concentration,enhancing the internal correlation,as well as improving the external adaptability. Applied undergraduate u-niversities can effectively promote the formation of agglomeration effect and improve the quality of specialty groups by improving the organizational support functions,strengthening the competitive and cooperative relationships between specialties,and adapting to the development trend of knowledge co-production.
