Exploration and Practice of the"Separation of Teaching and Examination"Evaluation Method in University Courses
The traditional education model commonly uses the"integration of teaching and examination"method, which leads to a singularity in evaluation results. This approach no longer meets the societal demand for diverse talents and fails to fully satisfy the requirements for students' individualized growth. With the deepening of educational reform, university teaching urgently needs to innovate course examinations to guide the transformation of teaching models. This paper focuses on the background, principles, and methods of"separation of teaching and examination"reform, highlighting the localized practice of teaching reform at Zhejiang Shuren University. It emphasizes that improving teaching quality and strengthening teaching standards are the core goals of educa-tional reform. By reforming the teaching evaluation mechanism and introducing relevant policies,it is possible to better stimulate the guiding and motivating roles of university course examinations, thereby continuously optimizing teaching quality.
