Effect of Guanxinning Tablet in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease with Carotid Atherosclerotic Plaque
Objective To investigate the effect of Guanxinning tablet in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.Methods From January 2020 to January 2022,98 patients with coronary heart disease com-plicated with carotid atherosclerotic plaque were selected from the Third People's Hospital of Deqing County,Zhejiang Province.They were randomly divided into routine treatment group and Guanxinning tablet group.with 49 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group was treated with aspirin,clopidogrel,isosorbide mononitrate,atorvastatin,bisoprolol fumarate,and nitroglycerin.The Guanxinning tablet group was treated with Guanxinning tablets in addition to the convention-al treatment group,1.52g/time,3 times a day.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Compare the clinical efficacy,carotid artery ultrasound indicators(IMT、plaque area、left and right PWV),cardiac autonomic function indicators(LF/HF、SDNN、NO),endothelial function(ET-1),cardiac function(CO、LVEDD、LVESD、LVEF),and incidence of adverse reactions(gastrointesti-nal reactions,rash,dizziness and headache)during the study period between two groups before and after treatment.Results After 3 months of treatment,the total effective rate of the Guanxinning tablet group(91.84％)was higher than that of the con-ventional treatment group(75.51％)(P＜0.05).After 3 months of treatment,two groups of IMT,plaque area,left and right PWV LF/HF、LVEDD、LVESD、The serum ET-1 levels decreased compared to before treatment(P＜0.05),and the Guanxinning tablet group was lower than the conventional treatment group.The SDNN、CO、LVEF and serum NO levels increased in both groups,and the Guanxinning tablet group was higher than the conventional treatment group(P＜0.05);There was no statisti-cally significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during the treatment period(P＞0.05).Conclusion Guanxinning Tablet is effective in the treatment of coronary heart disease with carotid atherosclerotic plaque.It can alleviate the carotid ultrasound indicators,improve the cardiac autonomic nervous function and endothelial function,and improve the cardiac function of patients with good safety.
