人工智能赋能战略性新兴产业新质生产力的路径研究

新质生产力作为推动新时代经济社会高质量发展的重要推动力,也是提升国际竞争优势的战略支撑力。探讨人工智能与新质生产力的影响关系,有助于加快整合创新资源,引领战略性新兴产业不断发展,增强发展新动能,构筑发展新优势。文章选取2011-2021年中国战略性产业相关企业数据,基于柯布道格拉斯生产函数改进法对新质生产力进行测算,实证检验了人工智能与新质生产力的影响关系与作用路径。研究表明:人工智能的应用能够促进新质生产力发展,且促进作用随时间推演呈倒"U"型态势;人工智能对新质生产力的促进作用体现在"强链补链"与"效能激发"两条路径上;相较于电器材料、计算机设备等行业,专用设备制造业与仪器仪表制造业中人工智能的助推作用尤为显著。研究结论有助于发挥强链补链创新性资源配置优势,挖掘人力效能潜力,提升新质生产力,进而推动战略性产业高质量发展。
Research on the Path of Artificial Intelligence Empowering Strategic Emerging Industries with New Quality Productivity
As an important driving force for high-quality economic and social development in the new era,new quality productivity(NQP)is also a strategic support for enhancing international competitiveness.Exploring the impact of artificial intelligence and NQP will help accelerate the integration of innovative resources,lead the continuous development of strategic emerging industries,enhance new development momentum,and build new development advantages.The article selects data from enterprises related to China's strategic industries from 2011 to 2021,calculates NQP based on the Cobb-Douglas production function improvement method,and empirically tests the impact relationship and action path between artificial intelligence and NQP.Research shows that,first,the application of artificial intelligence can promote the development of NQP,and the promotion effect will show an inverted"U"shape over time.Second,the promotion effect of artificial intelligence on NQP is reflected in the two paths of"strengthening the chain"and"efficiency stimulation".Third,compared with industries such as electrical materials and computer equipment,the boosting effect of artificial intelligence is particularly significant in the special equipment manufacturing and instrument manufacturing industries.The research results will help promote the advantages of innovative resource allocation in strengthening and replenishing chains,tap the potential of human efficiency,improve NQP,and thus accelerate the high-quality development of strategic industries.
