Realistic Dilemma and Optimal Path of Digital Empowering Urban Community Public Sports Service Supply
This study systematically examines the provision of urban community public sports services under the digital empowerment framework.It investigates the characteristics,practical challenges,and optimization pathways of urban community public sports services in the context of digital empowerment.The objective is to enhance the innovative drive of public sports services in China and provide insights for the high-quality delivery of public sports services in urban communities.The results indicate that the current practical challenges include slow and challenging updates of digital infrastructure,difficulty in intelligent transformation;heterogeneity of digital public sports services with inad-equate accessibility for the entire population;imperfect interconnectivity technologies for digital sports services;and insufficient impetus for high-quality transformation in digital supply.In response to these issues,the proposed solu-tions are as follows:at the application level,coordinate the planning of infrastructure construction and establish digit-al interconnectivity and sharing mechanisms,at the technological and talent level,expand the capacity of sports data and prioritize talent-driven digitization,at the regulatory level,adhere to the principles of digital empowerment in sports governance and standardize data,at the guarantee level,improve institutional mechanisms to ensure inclusive sports supply for all members of the community.
