Spatio-Temporal Evolution Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Sports Facilities in Provincial Areas
In order to accurately grasp the context and influence mechanism of the development of Chinese sports facili-ties,this paper takes the related data of the number of sports venues and per person sports venues area in 31 prov-inces(urban areas)in five,six,and seven stages as the research object,and uses exploratory spatial data analysis,Spearman correlation analysis and principal component analysis.Explore the characteristics and influence factors of the spatio-temporal evolution of sports venue facilities.The results show that:In general,the spatial distribution of the number of sports venues in China mainly takes Hu Huanyong line as the boundary,showing a trend of"single core-double core-multiple core",forming a spatial pattern of"more in the east and less in the west","tight in the inside and loose in the outside".Because of the overall spatial distribution,the spatial autocorrelation phenomenon of sports facilities has always existed in our country,but the spatial distribution of the number and area of sports fa-cilities are not wholly similar in different stages.From the perspective of spatial distribution,the concentration range of hot spots in the number of sports venues in China is increasing yearly.Jiangxi,Hunan and other Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai regions and their neighboring provinces are the hot spots,while Qinghai,Sichuan,and Gansu are the cold spots.Its spatial distribution is always"more in the east and less in the west,"and its evolution trend changes little.However,the spatial layout of the per capita sports venue area is extremely unstable,which has experienced the process of"north is higher than south"to"east is better than west."The result of the principal component analy-sis shows that the spatial layout of sports facilities in our country is the result of many factors acting on it together.The explanatory power of its influencing factors are policy environment,economic situation,population development level,educational fund investment,living standard in order from large to small.
