"蹴脚翻子"拳术的特点解析与势式复原

摘要
杭州在南宋时曾经是武术的中心,各门派技艺都有传承.《纪效新书》当头炮解说词中,有蹴脚翻子动作解释"虎直攛二拳"的杭州话,可见南宋后在杭州就有蹴脚翻子的拳术.据清康熙年间《富阳县志》,富阳东梓巡检司巡检,有从武学分派来的家传蹴脚翻子."东梓巡检司"自南宋设置后直到清亡历朝不替,之后巡检司所练的拳术传到地方.研究学习蹴脚翻子,在理解它的原理结构后,可参照其训练方法,进行"修旧还旧",恢复其武术的本来面貌,同时弥补现在翻子拳武术动作和拳理的缺失.
Abstract
Hangzhou was once the center of martial arts in the Southern Song Dynasty,and various martial arts schools were inherited."Ji XiaoXinShu,"in the commentary of the first cannon,there is a CuJiaoFanZi quan action to explain"Tiger straight Fling Two Punch"in Hangzhou,you can see after the Southern Song Dynasty in Hangzhou there is a CuJiaoFanZi quan.According to the Qing Kangxi years"Fuyang xian zhi,"Fuyang Dongzi inspection department in-spection,martial arts are hand down in a family.Dongzi inspection Division since the Southern Song Dynasty set up until the Qing Dynasty did not substitute.Then the inspector practiced the skills to the locals.After understanding its principle and structure,we can refer to its training methods to"repair the old and restore the old",restore the origi-nal appearance of other martial arts,and make up for the lack of martial arts movements and the theory of the current Fangziquan.
