基于SWOT-AHP分析的退役运动员转型高校体育教师发展策略研究

以退役运动员转型高校体育教师的发展策略为研究对象,运用文献研读法、问卷调查法、德尔菲法等对退役运动员转型高校体育教师后其职业发展进行了优势、劣势、机遇和挑战的定性分析,并在此基础上运用层次分析法构建了SWOT-AHP定量模型,通过对各因素的定量评价,得出退役运动员转型高校体育教师后其职业发展的优势和机会大于劣势与挑战,应采取自身优势与外部机遇相结合的SO增强型发展策略,建议分别实施差异化人才培养、多项技能同步发展、拓展额外就业技能以及在统筹化发展过程中打造局部优势的非均衡发展等策略,为转型高校体育教师的退役运动员实现其职业的良好发展提供科学的理论指导.
Research on the Development Strategies of Retired Athletes Transforming into College Physical Education Teachers Based on SWOT-AHP Analysis
Taking the development strategy of retired athletes transforming into college physical education teachers as the research object,we conducted a qualitative analysis of the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challen-ges of the career development of retired athletes transforming into college physical education teachers by using litera-ture study method,questionnaire survey method and Delphi method,and constructed a quantitative SWOT-AHP model based on the hierarchical analysis method,and through the quantitative evaluation of each factor,we concluded that The advantages and opportunities of retired athletes transforming into college physical education teachers out-weigh the disadvantages and challenges,and they should adopt the SO-enhanced development strategy combining their own advantages and external opportunities,suggesting the implementation of strategies such as differentiated talent training,simultaneous development of multiple skills,expansion of additional employment skills and unbal-anced development of local advantages in the process of integrated development,respectively,to provide retired ath-letes transforming into college physical education teachers with good career development.The strategies are suggested to provide scientific and theoretical guidance for retired athletes to achieve good development in their careers.
