摘要
以振兴"三大球"为背景,运用文献资料法、数理统计法、对比法、实地考察法等研究方法,分析"三大球"振兴背景下我省女排后备人才培养的现实困境,并提出推进路径.研究发现,浙江省在青少年女排后备人才培养方面取得了一定的成绩,但也存在一些瓶颈问题,如培养体系不够完善、人才基础薄弱、培养模式单一、资源协调不畅、竞赛体系欠佳、优秀教练员训练团队匮乏等问题.提出了转变人才培养观念,寻求"学与训"的平衡点,构建"小—中—高"人才培养体系;规范与完善运动员的输送与出路制度;拓展政府与培训机构相结合培养路线;引进高水平教练员和培养复合型训练团队和人才流动机制;优化青少年区域性排球赛事结构,构建全国性立体式竞赛体系等创新路径,以期为"三大球"项目深化落实相关政策提供有益借鉴.
Abstract
In this paper,with the revitalization of the"three major balls"as the background,research methods such as literature review,mathematical statistics,comparison,and field investigation are used to analyze the realistic predica-ment of reserve talent cultivation for the women's volleyball team in our province under the background of the revital-ization of the"three major balls",and the advancement path is proposed.After research,it is found that Zhejiang Province has achieved specific results in reserve talent cultivation for the youth women's volleyball team,but there are also some bottlenecks,such as an imperfect cultivation system,a weak talent base,a single cultivation model,poor resource coordination,a poor competition system,and a lack of outstanding coaches and training teams.It's proposed to change the concept of talent cultivation,seek the balance point of"learning and training"and build a"primary-middle-high"talent training system;standardize and perfect the output and outlet system for athletes;expand the route of combined cultivation between the government and training institutions;introduce high-level coaches,culti-vate comprehensive training teams and establish a talent flow mechanism;optimize the structure of regional youth vol-leyball events and build a national three-dimensional competition system and other innovation paths;in order to pro-vide a valuable reference for the projects of"three major balls"to deepen the implementation of relevant policies.
