教师粗暴行为与青少年运动员睡眠状况的关系:核心自我评价和负面心理的链式中介效应

目的:探讨教师粗暴行为与青少年运动员睡眠状况的关系及核心自我评价与负面心理在其中的中介作用.方法:采用教师粗暴量表、睡眠状况量表、核心自我评价量表、负面心理量表对 258 名青少年运动员施测.结论:①男教师粗暴行为对青少年运动员睡眠状况的直接预测作用不显著,而女教师粗暴行为对睡眠状况有显著的负面预测作用.②负面心理在男教师粗暴行为与青少年运动员睡眠状况中起到完全中介作用,核心自我评价与负面心理在女教师粗暴行对青少年运动员睡眠状况之中起到链式中介作用.③经过模型检验存在显著性的青少年运动员睡眠性别差异.
The Mediating Role of Core Self-Esteem and Negative Psychology Between Teacher Rude Behaviour and Adolescent Athletes'Sleep Status
Objective This study aimed to examine the relationship between rough teacher behaviouir and adolescent ath-letes'sleep quality,as well as the mediating role of core self-evaluations and negative affect.Methods:258 adoles-cent athletes completed measures of rough teacher behaviour,sleep quality,core self-evaluations,and negative af-fect.Conclusions:①Female rough teacher behaviour negatively predicted adolescent athletes'sleep quality,while male rough teacher behaviour did not.②Core self-evaluations and negative affect played a serial mediating role be-tween female rough teacher behaviour and sleep quality and a fully mediating role between male rough teacher behav-iour and sleep quality.③Significant gender differences emerged:Male athletes were mainly affected by female rough teacher behaviour,while female athletes were affected by both female and male rough teacher behaviour(indirect effect).Male rough teacher behaviour did not directly or indirectly predict male athletes'sleep quality.
