The Self Focus Scale(SFS),Schultz grid, and self-designed"College Physical Education Classroom Flow Experience Scale"were used to measure the cognitive focus and fluency experience of 716 college students, and to study the impact of cognitive focus on fluency experience. The results show that under the cognitive perspective of physical education classroom flow, there is a significant gender difference in the flow experience of college students, and male students are significantly higher than female students;Visual focus(exam focus, teacher focus, and self fo-cus)significantly affects the flow experience of college students in physical education classrooms. There is a signifi-cant positive correlation between exam focus and various dimensions of flow experience,as well as overall flow experi-ence;There is a negative correlation between teacher's perspective focus and flow experience,as well as various di-mensions;There is a significant negative correlation between self focus and the flow experience and various dimen-sions of physical education classrooms. The regression analysis results indicate that exam focus and overall focus have predictive effects on the flow experience and its various factors.
