"城归"潮的诞生是逆城镇化的重要体现,"城归"潮带给乡村体育振兴带来了人口红利.文章从人口效能分析出"城归"群体于乡村体育振兴的社会价值:破解乡村空心化难题、改善乡村体育人口结构、激活乡村社会的体育活力.根据推拉理论与现实案例梳理"城归"群体助力乡村体育振兴的逻辑理路:城市压力推动"城归"群体回流,乡村环境拉动"城归"群体返乡,促成乡村体育人才、组织、文化、产业振兴,并提出营造环境引回"城归"、优化政策留住"城归"、搭建舞台用好"城归"的策略.
Abstract
The birth of the"city returnee"wave is an important manifestation of reverse urbanization,and the"city re-turnee"wave brings demographic dividends to rural sports revitalization.This paper analyzes the social value of the"city returnees"group in rural sports revitalization from the demographic efficiency:solving the problem of rural hollo-wing,improving the demographic structure of rural sports,and activating the sports vitality of the rural society.Ac-cording to the push-pull theory and real-life cases,the paper sorts out the logic of"city returnee"groups contribu-ting to the revitalization of rural sports:city pressure and rural environment push"city returnee"groups to return to their hometowns,which promote the revitalization of rural sports talents,organizations,culture,and industry.Fi-nally,this paper puts forward the strategy of creating an environment to attract back the"city returnees,"optimizing policies to retain the"city returnees,"and setting up a stage to make good use of the"city returnees."
