The Logical Fit,Realistic Dilemma and Practical Path of Physical Education Development in County Schools under the New Endogenous Development Theory
This paper uses literature and expert interviews to effectively promote the high-quality and balanced devel-opment of compulsory education,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of school physical education,logical analysis,and other methods,and takes the new endogenous development theory as the research perspective to analyze the logical fit,realistic dilemma and practical path of the development of physical education in county schools.It is concluded that the theory of new endogenous development is in line with the concept of the development of county school sports and provides a policy direction for the development of county school sports,and county school sports provide a carrier for the practice of new endogenous development.However,the current county school sports are fa-cing the policy implementation gap;There exists the game of interests at all levels in county school sports;The im-pact of educational capital causes the imbalance of physical education ecological environment in county schools;The realistic dilemma of structural shortage of sports resources in schools in the county.Practice path through the con-densed county school sports policy,promote the policy to take root;Harmonize the balance of interests and establish a fair reward and punishment mechanism;Optimize educational capital and reform the ecological environment of sports in county schools;Emphasizing the power of county sports itself,transforming and integrating internal resources;To promote the high-quality development of county school sports,we should establish a new form of community sports which is led by internal and assisted by external.
