为了全面提升学生的体质健康,体育教育的深化改革与实践是新时代背景下学校体育发展亟待探索的问题.研究围绕"学生为中心",尝试从"体乐""体强""育人""健志"的视角,讨论高校普通体育课程深化改革的实践.研究认为,高校体育课程的创新是融知识传授、能力培养、价值塑造为一体的目标导向,通过教会、勤练、常赛的教学改革路径,让学生充分体验到"享受乐趣、增强体质、健全人格、锤炼意志"的获得感.进一步,研究还讨论了学生为心的"乐体健志"体育教学目标实现路径.
Exploring the Deepening Reform and Practice of College Physical EducationBased on the Theory of"Happy Sports and Healthy Ambition"
To comprehensively enhance students'physical health,the in-depth reform and practice of physical educa-tion are pressing issues to explore in college sports development in the new era.Focusing on a"student-centered"approach,this study attempts to examine the practical aspects of deepening reforms in college physical education from the perspectives of"joy through sports,""strengthening the body,""nurturing individuals,"and"forging resili-ence."It posits that innovation in college physical education should integrate knowledge instruction,skill cultivation,and value shaping,guided by an objective-oriented approach that encompasses teaching to instruct,encouraging dili-gent practice,and regular competition.Such reforms aim to ensure students fully experience the benefits of"enjoying happiness,enhancing physical fitness,developing personality,and tempering willpower."Further,the study delves into the pathways for realizing a"happy sports and healthy ambition"pedagogy that prioritizes students'well-being.
