摘要
绿色配送能够实现货物在配送过程中减少对环境的危害,对改善环境具有现实的意义。本文综合考虑物流运作中各环节的碳排放和电子商务下的物流配送的特殊性,研究配送过程中的固定建设成本、运输及配送成本和碳排放成本,合理设置物流配送中心优化模型中的时间约束条件,从而构建基于碳排放成本和总成本的物流配送中心选址模型。系统仿真案例的验证结果表明:本文提出的配送中心选址模型与当前有效可行的同类模型相比,不仅具有同等的低配送成本,而且体现出更为优越的低碳性,进而达到低碳物流的发展目标,同时也能满足顾客对时效性的要求,提高客户满意度。
Abstract
Green logistics distribution reduces carbon emission in delivery transport and plays an important role in environment improvement. As one of the key issues of green distribution , location selection of logistics distribution center draws wide concern. This paper first analyzes the distribution costs including fixed costs, transportation and distribution cost and carbon emission cost of each logistics operation, particularly under the electronic commerce environment. On this basis, the paper then properly sets time constraints and builds an optimal location selection model for logistics distribution center with the objective of minimizing the total cost and reducing carbon emission. The simulation results demonstrate that the presented selection model of distribution center location incurs less carbon emission at equivalent total cost, compared with the other efficient models. Hence, our model can be expected to achieve the goal of low-carbon logistics. On the other hand, our model also can improve customer satisfaction under the condition of meeting the requirements of customers for timeliness.
