Research on the Governance Path of Old Residential Buildings from the Perspective of Micro-Governance:Taking Y Community in Wuhu City as an Example
In recent years,the Chinese government has attached great importance to urban and rural community governance.As a fundamental part of urban and rural community governance,old residential areas have attracted the country's attention.Efforts to vigorously promote the governance of old residential areas in China aim to improve the country's grassroots governance system.Taking the Y community in Wuhu City,Anhui Province,as an example,this study employs community work as the primary method and focuses on the micro-unit of buildings within communities as the governance entity to explore the relevant issues in building governance in old residential areas from the perspective of micro-governance.Through adopting the main paths of cultivating micro-organizations,conducting micro-negotiations and discussions,and guiding micro-engagement,this study aims to solve the micro-issues in building governance in Y Residential Area,achieving community development,and promoting resident autonomy.
