Research on Party Building of Teachers and Students in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education Institutes:Based on the Analysis of IE Matrix
Sino-foreign cooperative education has promoted the internationalization of higher education in China in the new era.While introducing foreign teaching resources and educational models,these institutes are facing new challenges of complex western ideology and cultural concepts influencing the teachers and students from various aspects.Based on the analysis of EFE and IFE matrix,this paper defines the measures that teachers and students in Sino-foreign cooperative institutes should take when carrying out the Party building work,and puts forward the concrete implementation pathways from the perspectives of external and internal environmental factors.
