百癣夏塔热片联合阿维A胶囊对寻常型银屑病患者免疫功能和炎性反应的影响

摘要
目的 探讨百癣夏塔热片联合阿维A胶囊对寻常型银屑病患者免疫功能和炎性反应的影响.方法 选择2021年9月至2022年12月杭州市第九人民医院收治的寻常型银屑病患者80例,其中40例(观察组)口服百癣夏塔热片联合阿维A胶囊治疗,另40例(对照组)口服阿维A胶囊治疗.两组患者治疗疗程8周.统计两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后银屑病皮损面积和严重程度(PASI)评分、经皮水分散失(TEWL)、免疫功能、炎性反应变化及不良反应发生情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后PASI评分和TEWL值均低于治疗前(均P＜0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(均P＜0.05).两组治疗后CD3+、CD4+和CD+4/CD8+均高于治疗前(均P＜0.05),且观察组均高于对照组(均P＜0.05).两组治疗后血清IL-6和CRP水平均低于治疗前(均P＜0.05),且观察组均低于对照组(均P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论 百癣夏塔热片联合阿维A胶囊可有效治疗寻常型银屑病,患者免疫功能显著改善,炎性反应显著减轻.
Abstract
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of Baixuan Xiatare tablet combined with Acitretin capsule in treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris(PV).Methods Eighty PV patients admitted to Hangzhou Ninth People's Hospital from September 2021 to December 2022 were divided into study group and control groups with 40 patients in each one.The study group received oral Baixuan Xiatare tablets and Acitretin capsules,while the control group received Acitretin capsules only.The treatment course for two groups was 8 weeks.The clinical efficacy,the psoriasis lesion area and severity(PASI)score,trans epidermal water loss(TEWL)value,and the immune function and inflammatory response before and after treatment were compared between the two groups;and the adverse reactions were documented.Results The overall effective rate of treatment in study group was higher than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the PASI score and TEWL value were lower than before treatment in both groups(all P＜0.05);while these indicators in study group were lower than those in control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the CD3+,CD4+and CD4+/CD8+levels were higher than those before treatment in both groups(all P＜0.05);while the levels in study group were higher than those in control group(all P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum IL-6 and CRP levels were lower than before treatment in both groups(all P＜0.05);while the levels in study group were lower than those in control group(all P＜0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in adverse reactions related to the treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion Baixuan Xiatare tablet combined with Acitretin capsule is more effective than Acitretin alone in treatment of patients with PV,with a significantly improved immune function and reduced inflammatory reaction.
