Risk factors of renal function reduction in malignant tumor patients complicated with renal insufficiency receiving anti-tumor therapy
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of renal function reduction in malignant tumor patients with renal insufficiency receiving anti-tumor therapy. Methods The clinical data of 108 malignant tumor patients with renal insufficiency treated in Xuzhou Central Hospital from January 2022 to December 2023 were collected. The factors related to the decline of renal function during anti-tumor therapy were analyzed by univariate and multivariate logistic regression. Results Univariate analysis showed that age, history of alcohol drinking, use of kidney protective agents, efficacy of anti-tumor treatment, chemotherapy+targeting therapy, chemotherapy+targeting therapy+immune therapy had significant effects on renal function(all P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age≥60 years, history of alcohol drinking, and ineffective anti-tumor therapy were independent risk factors for renal function reduction in malignant tumor patients with renal insufficiency tumor receiving anti-tumor therapy(all P<0.05).Conclusion Old age, history of alcohol drinking, and ineffective anti-tumor therapy can independently affect renal function in malignant tumor patients with renal insufficiency receiving anti-tumor therapy.
