《景岳全书》治风痹特色探析

摘要
[目的]研究明末著名医家张景岳在《景岳全书》中对风痹的认识,探析张氏对风痹的辨治方药特色.[方法]通过对风痹中风、寒、湿、虚各有偏胜时的病机变化特点的探讨,结合《素问》、《灵枢》、《类证治裁》、《温热论》等相关论述与张氏临证医法医理,综合分析其辨治方药特色.[结果]张氏在《景岳全书》内详细论述了其治痹经验,对风痹一病分析透彻,因其病因而随证治之,用药精简专炼,善辨八纲,以求本源,体现了其建中、补虚、温补并重五脏的思想.[结论]《景岳全书》中对风痹的认识和治疗为后人对中医痹症的深入研究提供了范本,后学者应当不拘一格,探本求源,拓展临证思路,进一步拓宽中医治痹之路.
Abstract
[Objective]To study late Ming Zhang Jingyue physicians in the Jingyue encyclopedia "wandering arthritis" understanding,analyse Zhang's migratory arthralgia treating medicine characteristics.[Method]The arthralgia is due to wind stroke,cold,wet,deficiency of the partial pathogenesis,combining Suwen,"Lingshu",the syndrome differentiation and treatment of "CD",warm and other related works and Zhang Shilin syndrome,medicine,law,a comprehensive analysis of characteristics of the drug in treating.[Resuh]Zhang's Jingyue encyclopedia is discussed in detail the curing paralysis and experience,giving the wandering arthritis disease a thorough analysis,because of its etiology and rule with the synd-rome,administration specifically refining,defferentiating eight classes,in order to seek origin,reflecting the thought of the building the middle part,the tonic,warm tonification and equal attention to five internal organs.[Conclusion] It provides a template for future generations of arthralgia symptom of TCM in-depth study,scholars should not stick to one pattern,explore the source,but expand the clinical thinking,further broaden the medical treatment of arthralgia.
