Exploration of the Influence of Five Evolutive Phases and Six Climatic Factors in Spring of Guimao Year on Allergic Rhinitis in Beijing
[Objective]To explore the occurrence and treatment of allergic rhinitis in spring of Guimao Year based on the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.[Methods]Based on the changes of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors during spring of Guimao year,this study explores the correlation between the distribution of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors,and the climate in Beijing in spring,as well as the spread of seasonal allergens mainly driven by wind pollen,and summarizes the characteristics of allergic rhinitis in the population in Beijing during this period and explore the diagnosis and treatment methods.[Results]It further explores the three significant differences in the onset time of allergic rhinitis patients in Beijing in spring of Guimao year compared with previous years,including earlier and wider allergy season,more severe nasal symptoms and significant nasal mucosa congestion.The above symptoms are closely related to the changes of climates in Guimao year,deducted by the theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors.The onset of allergic rhinitis cannot be separated from the underlying mechanism of stagnation and fire and is not simply a deficiency of the lungs,spleen and kidney.The characteristics of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in spring of Guimao year makes the overall depression fire of allergic rhinitis patients more severe.If the depression fire occurs in the nasal orifices,the nasal symptoms at this stage are more evident and unique than in previous years.Therefore,treatment can achieve satisfactory results for allergic patients with stagnation and fire syndrome differentiation elements by appropriately eliminating heat and purging fire.[Conclusion]In spring of Guimao year,allergic rhinitis showed more prominent signs of fire and heat.The theory of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors can provide a reference for preventing and treating allergic rhinitis.
