Analysis of Chemistry Composition of Ganoderma Lucidum in Different Growth Periods
[Objective]To explore the difference of chemical components of Ganoderma lucidum(G.lucidum)at different growth stages.[Methods]Using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)and ultra performance liquid chromato graphy-quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry(UPLC-QTOF/MS)techniques,ACQUITY ultra performance liquid chromatography(UPLC)HSS T3 column on Waters UPLC system to analyze and identify the components of the primordia and pre-sporulation fruiting body(fruiting body formation stage)and post-sporulation fruiting body of G.lucidum.[Results]A total of 24 components were detected by GC-MS,including 8 aldehydes,4 esters,1 hydrocarbon,1 acid,1 alcohol,2 ketones,2 amines,1 pyrazine,1 imidazole,1 pyrrole,1 furan,1 phenol;90 components were detected by UPLC-QTOF/MS,and the most important component was triterpenoids with 67 components. In addition, there were 8 fatty acids,3 amino acids and their derivatives,2 glycosides,1 vitamin,2 alkaloids,2 organic acids,2 sugars,1 terpene,1 miscellaneous terpene,1 steroid.A total of 73 components were detected in the primordia including 54 triterpenoids;72 components were detected in the pre-sporulation fruiting body including 57 triterpenoids;52 components were detected in the post-sporulation fruiting body,of which 42 were triterpenoids.[Conclusion]There are significant differences in the composition of G.lucidum at different growth stages. The results of this study provide basic data for the analysis and identification of the chemical components of G.lucidum at different periods and the improvement of the chemical profile, and provide an effective reference for the related pharmacological and efficacy analysis.
