南宋浙江地区疫病流行规律与中医治疫特色

[目的]研究南宋时期浙江地区疫病流行规律与浙江医家治疫特色.[方法]筛选南宋浙江府志、县志、卫生志等史料数据,采用数据统计分析、地图可视化、地理信息系统空间分析、文献分析等方法对南宋浙江疫病流行情况及医家治疗策略进行分析.[结果]南宋浙江有42个疫病之年,疫病频度为27.63％,总体上表现为南宋中期疫病最频繁.春夏季节为疫病多发期,86.05％的疫病发生在春夏季节.疫病分布集中在杭州、温州等滨湖沿海人烟稠密地区.南宋浙江医家擅用运气理论预测疫病,以运气学或五行分类疫病,在方药上重用辛温燥湿之药祛湿化浊,兼用顾护正气之品扶正祛邪.[结论]南宋浙江疫病频发,医家创新论、立新法、制新方,对中医疫病理论发展具有重要价值.
Epidemic Patterns and Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment Characteristics of Epidemics in Zhejiang Region during the Southern Song Dynasty
[Objective]To research the epidemiological pattern of epidemics in Zhejiang during the Southern Song Dynasty and the characteristics of Zhejiang doctors in treating epidemics.[Method]Prefectural,county and health records were screened,and statistical data analysis,map visualization,GIS spatial analysis and literature analysis were used to analyze the epidemic epidemics and treatment strategies of medical practitioners.[Result]There were 42 epidemic years in Zhejiang in the Southern Song Dynasty,and the overall performance of the epidemic was the most frequent in the middle of the Southern Song Dynasty.Spring and summer seasons were the most frequent periods of epidemics,the distribution of epidemics was concentrated in Hangzhou,Wenzhou and other areas.Doctors were good at predicting and categorizing epidemics with the theory of movements and dimates,reusing pungent,warm,dry and damp medicines,and also using the products of protecting the essential Qi.[Conclusion]The Southern Song Dynasty,Zhejiang frequent epidemics and diseases,medical practitioners for later generations of academic thought research and creating new formulae has an important contribution on the development of Chinese medicine.
