Evidence Summary of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Home Exercise Rehabilitation for Stroke Patients
[Objective]To retrieve,evaluate and integrate the best evidence of home-based exercise rehabilitation of stroke patients with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and provide evidence-based basis for clinical nursing practice.[Methods]According to the "6S" evidence model,the relevant literatures on home-based exercise rehabilitation of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for stroke patients in computer decision support system,guideline website,professional society website and database were systematically searched,including clinical decision-making,guidelines,evidence summary,systematic evaluation,expert consensus and standards.The search time limit was from January 1,2013 to December 31,2023.The methodological quality of the included literatures was evaluated,and the evidence was extracted and summarized.[Results]A total of 24 articles were finally included,including 8 guidelines,1 evidence summary,12 systematic reviews,2 expert consensuses and 1 standard.Thirty best evidences were summarized,involving 6 aspects of organization management,pre-exercise evaluation,exercise program,traditional Chinese medicine nursing,exercise monitoring,and precautions,of which 56.67% were type 1 evidence.[Conclusion]Constructing a systematic and perfect management system,taking patients as the center,weighing the benefits and risks of different rehabilitation training methods based on evidence,and formulating a scientific and reasonable exercise rehabilitation program are the key to improving the effect of home-based exercise rehabilitation for stroke patients.
