Overview of Traditional Chinese Medicine on Iron Overload and "Stasis" Syndrome in Aplastic Anemia
Iron overload and"Stasis syndrome"played a crucial role in the development of aplas-tic anemia(AA).According to the mechanism and characteristic of"Stasis",using comparative state and clinical research datum,we elaborated the role of iron overload in the formation of"Sta-sis"syndrome in AA.Iron chelation can promote the hematopoiesis which goes accordance with the theory of"removing stasis and promoting new"in Traditional Chinese Medicine.Based on this,treat-ment based on"Tonifying kidney and promoting blood circulation"in AA also benefit in improv-ing the clinical efficiency.
