Study on the Regulatory Effects of Jiedu-quyu-ziyin Prescription on Lipid Metabolism in SLE Patients Treated with GC
Objective:This study applies multi-dimensional mass spectrometry"shotgun"lipid histol-ogy(MDMS-ML)technology to explore the regulatory effects of Jiedu-quyu-ziyin prescription on lipid metabolism in SLE patients undergoing GC treatment. Methods:A total of 76 SLE patients(39 in the control group and 37 in the observers group)who met the criteria were selected, along with 30 healthy individuals as the health group. The control group received GC treatment, while the observers medicine group received Jiedu-quyu-ziyin prescription on the basis of GC treatment.MDMS-SL technology was used to compare the differences in lipid metabolism in plasma between SLE patients and healthy individuals in the control group and observers group. Results:Compared to the health group,SLE patients showed elevated levels of LPE,PE,Cer,and TAG in plasma. The control group exhibited increased levels of Car,LPE,PE,Cer,and TAG lipid molecules, with a nega-tive correlation between GC and 23 abnormal lipid molecules of Car,LPE,PE,and TAG.In the ob-servers group, the levels of Car,LPE,PE,and TAG lipid molecules decreased, with approximately 41%of Car and 21%of LPE lipid molecules returning to normal levels. Conclusion:GC treatment affects the abnormal lipid metabolism in SLE patients.Jiedu-quyu-ziyin prescription can reduce the upregulated lipid molecules caused by GC treatment, thereby improving the lipid metabolism disor-ders induced by GC intervention.
