摘要
整理研讨张仲景所著《伤寒论》《金匮要略》有关黄疸病证的论治及思维方式,认为仲景运用象思维辨治黄疸是其学术特色之一,其运用象思维的取象法主要有直观法、比类法、尽意法、缩影法、法象法等.建象类别有元象、物象、比象、道象、意象等,分别运用物象分黄疸病类、道象辨病因病机、比象定脏腑病位、元象测并发病证、意象选治法用药,并借助现代学者研究,探讨张仲景运用象思维将黄疸的病位病机由原发的厥阴少阳肝胆转归于阳明太阴脾胃的相互关系和内在联系.
Abstract
After sorting out and discussing the treatment and thinking mode of jaundice syndrome in Treatise on Febrile Diseases and synopsis of the Golden Chamber written by ZHANG Zhongjing,it is believed that Zhongjing's use of image thinking to treat jaundice is one of his academic charac-teristics,and his use of image thinking mainly includes intuitive method,analogy method,exhaustive method,miniature method and image method.The categories of image construction include meta im-age,physical image,comparison image,Taoist image,image,etc.they respectively use physical image to classify jaundice diseases,distinguish etiology and pathogenesis from Taoist image,compare im-ages to determine the position of viscera and viscera,measure and treat symptoms by meta image,and select treatment methods and drugs by image.With the help of modern scholars'research,this paper discusses the mutual relationship and internal relationship between ZHANG Zhongjing's use of image thinking to transfer the position and pathogenesis of jaundice from the primary liver and gallbladder of Jueyin Shaoyang to the spleen and stomach of Yangming Taiyin.
