摘要
[目的/意义]民族地区是乡村振兴战略目标达成的重点和难点,其中智库对民族地区发展具有重要作用.[方法/过程]本文采用分层抽样方法,从全国 30 个民族自治州中抽取 8 个作为研究样本,分析了民族地区智库发展的现状.[结果/结论]民族地区当前智库发展呈现规模小、水平低、分散封闭、民族特点被忽视等问题.其根源在于智库建设意识不强、认知不清、物质资源匮乏、人才短缺和行动迟缓.因此,本文认为提升认识、强化学习、整合资源、以人才为本、走民族特色之路,加强对民族地区经济社会发展的关切是解决这些问题的必经之路.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Ethnic areas are the focus and difficulty of reaching the strategic goal of rural revitalization,and think tanks play an important role in the development in ethnic areas.[Method/process]By adopting a stratified sampling method and taking 8 out of 30 ethic autonomous regions in China as the research sample,this paper analyzed the current situation of the construction of think tanks in ethnic regions.[Result/conclusion]The current development of think tanks in ethnic regions presents problems such as small scale,low level,scattered and closed survival state,and neglect of ethnic characteristics.The root causes lie in the lack of strong awareness,unclear cognition,lack of material resources,shortage of talents and slow action of think tank construction.Therefore,this paper believes that raising awareness,strengthening learning,integrating resources,talent-based,taking the road of national characteristics,and strengthening concern for the economic and social de-velopment of ethnic regions are the necessary ways to solve these problems.
