提升地方高校智库传播力的路径探索——基于Q市高校的调查与思考

摘要
[目的/意义]地方高校智库是服务地方政府科学决策、推动地方发展的重要力量.智库影响力主要由智库的生产能力和传播能力决定.因此,研究高校智库传播力对提升智库影响力具有重要意义.[方法/过程]本文通过文献研究法、定性分析法、调查分析法等研究方法的综合运用,解析智库传播力的概念、表征及影响因素,并以Q市高校智库作为案例,分析地方智库传播力建设中存在的共性问题,提出针对性对策.[结果/结论]地方高校智库要取得更大发展,研究与传播要相互依存,互为保障,依靠内外力作用共同推进智库的研究与传播.基于高校智库的双重逻辑,智库传播力提升离不开学校的持续性支持,但主要应依赖内驱推动,通过充分发挥主体性,构建自有传播平台,根据智库信息传播的不同受众,提升传播内容价值,强化固有传播手段,开拓新的传播渠道等路径提升传播力.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]Local university think tanks are an important force to serve the scientific decision-making of local governments and promote local development.The influence of think tanks is mainly deter-mined by the production capacity and dissemination capacity of think tanks.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the communication power of university think tanks to enhance the influence of think tanks.[Method/process]Through the comprehensive application of research methods such as literature research method,qualitative analysis method,and survey analysis method,this paper analyzes the concept,characterization and influencing factors of think tank communication power,and takes university think tanks in Q city as a case study to analyze the common problems in the construction of the communication power of local think tanks and put forward targeted countermea-sures.[Result/conclusion]In order to achieve greater development of university think tanks,research and communi-cation should be interdependent and mutually guaranteed,relying on the role of internal and external forces to jointly promote the research and dissemination of think tanks.Based on the dual logic of university think tanks,the dissem-ination-force of think tanks cannot be separated from the continuous support of the university,but it should mainly rely on internal drive to promote.By giving full play to the subjectivity,enhancing the value of communication con-tent,and broadening the communication channels in combination with different media forms,the synchronous and coordinated development of think tank production and dissemination-force can be promoted.
