摘要
[目的/意义]本文旨在分析约翰·加尔通和平学思想,并对其创立的奥斯陆和平研究所的发展历史、组织特征、运营模式与研究产出进行解读,为我国建设中国特色新型智库,推动和平发展主题研究提供经验.[方法/过程]本文采用案例分析法,通过文献调研与网站调研对奥斯陆和平研究所组织框架、资金来源、知识产出、宣传策略等情况进行调查分析.[结果/结论]智库研究能力与产出是智库建设与发展的前提.智库需要先进的理论指导,提升核心竞争力,打破机构间壁垒,加强巩固合作网络.
Abstract
[Purpose/significance]By analyzing Johan Galtung thoughts on peace science and interpreting the development history,organizational characteristics,operation mode and research output of the Peace Research Institute Oslo(PRIO)founded by Johan Galtung,this paper provides valuable insights for China in establishing a new type of think tank with distinct Chinese characteristics and promoting research on peaceful development.[Method/process]Using the case study method,the paper investigates and analyzes the organizational frame-work,funding sources,knowledge output and publicity strategies of PRIO through comprehensive literature and website research.[Result/conclusion]The research capacity and output of think tanks serve as the foundation for their establishment and development.To enhance their core competitiveness,think tanks require advanced theoret-ical guidance,enhance core competitiveness,break down the inter-institutional barriers,and strengthen and con-solidate the collaborative networks.
