澳大利亚智库涉台问题研究之评述

摘要
[目的/意义]澳大利亚智库对其政府决策有相当大的影响力.梳理澳大利亚智库的台海问题研究现状,可以在一定程度上预测当前澳大利亚政府的台湾政策风向,为中国灵活应对、维护主权提供战略参考.[方法/过程]通过检索澳大利亚主流智库台海研究成果,提炼智库涉台研究重点议题和特征,整理各智库就台海局势走向的分析和预测,并借助数据评估主流智库及其学者对澳大利亚政府台海政策的影响力.[结果/结论]澳大利亚智库对台海问题的走向预测有分歧,但所持立场统一偏向西方价值观.以洛伊国际政策研究所为首的 3 家澳大利亚智库在台海问题研究中具有较强实力和影响力,我国可重点关注其相关成果.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Think tanks exert substantial influence on the policy-making progress of Australian government.Analyzing the current research on the Taiwan Strait by Australian think tanks can provide us with a degree of foresight into the Australian government's Taiwan policy direction,offering strategic insights for China to flexibly respond and defend its sovereignty.[Method/Process]This study involves a comprehensive review of the Taiwan Strait research outputs from prominent Australian think tanks,distilling the focal issues and characteristics of the think tanks'research on Taiwan.It compiles analysis and prediction on the future of Taiwan and employs data to evaluate the impact of mainstream think tanks and their scholars have on the Australian gov-ernment's policy on Taiwan.[Result/Conclusion]Australian think tanks display divergent views concerning the future of Taiwan issue,yet they generally align with Western values.China can focus on three Australian think tanks with strong influence on Taiwan research.
