印度智库对台湾问题的研究:动因与启示

摘要
[目的/意义]研究印度智库对台湾问题的认知,对把握祖国和平统一进程具有重要现实意义,对推动中印关系健康稳定发展也具有参考价值.[方法/过程]本研究选取 8 家印度智库发布的 26 篇代表性文献作为研究样本,梳理分析印度主流智库对印台关系的认知及其背后的动因与产生的影响.[结果/结论]研究显示,印度智库主要从地缘政治、经济合作、民主价值观,以及所谓"国际社会利益"等视角看待印台关系,主张在政治、经济、军事、科技、网络安全、教育等领域加强与中国台湾地区的合作.对此,我国应进一步推动两岸融合发展,不断增进中印两国在各层面的交流互动,持续强化一个中国原则在国际上的认可度.
Abstract
[Purpose/Significance]Studying the perception of Indian think tanks on the Taiwan question is of significant practical importance for comprehending the peaceful reunification of our nation.Additionally,it pro-vides valuable insights for the promotion of a healthy and stable development in Sino-Indian relations.[Method/Process]This study selects 26 representative documents from 8 Indian think tanks as research samples,and then combs and analyzes the prevailing perception of Indian mainstream think tanks regarding the India-Taiwan rela-tions,including their motivation and the impacts.[Result/Conclusion]This research indicates that Indian think tanks primarily examine the India-Taiwan relations through the perspectives of geopolitics,economic cooperation,democratic values and the so-called"the interests of the international community",and advocate bolstering co-operation with Taiwan in various sectors,including politics,economy,military,science and technology,network security and education.In response,China should further strive to advance the integrated development of the both sides of the Taiwan Strait,continuously enhance the bilateral exchanges and interactions with India at all levels,and reinforce the international recognition of the One-China Principle.
