Exploration on the Construction Mode of New Think Tanks in Local Universities towards Deep Integration of"Government,Industry,University,Research and Application"
[Purpose/Significance]The innovation in the construction mode of new think tanks at local uni-versity is an important content of building new think tanks with Chinese characteristics.In particular,based on their own educational characteristics,advantageous disciplines,and geographical comparative advantages,these think tanks oriented towards the deep integration of"Government,Industry,University,Research and Application"deeply,and make positive contributions to the high-quality development of regional economy.[Method/Process]This article adopts a case study methodology to analyze the"Five in One"construction mode of Zhejiang Uni-versity of Technology's China Academe of Housing & Real Estate,a new key professional think tank in Zhejiang Province,in the areas of policy advice,scientific research,talent cultivation,enterprise services,and achievement promotion.[Result/Conclusion]Through the deep integration of"Government,Industry,University,Research and Application",this think tank actively participates in the formulation and implementation of regional policies to enhance effectiveness.It utilizes big data from small and medium-sized enterprises to support policy advice and improve the accuracy of enterprise transformation and upgrading.The practices of deeply embedding into the pain points and difficulties of enterprises'need to improve service quality and continuous output are worth learn-ing from.The local university new think tank should deepen institutional innovation,aggregate and coordinate resource elements,and orderly promote talent introduction and training through interdisciplinary integration.They also should strengthen the publicity and promotion of achievements,and strive to create a construction mode of deep integration of"Government,Industry,University,Research and Application",so as to become an important fortress for serving national and regional high-quality development.
