30%吡唑醚菌酯·戊唑醇纳米悬浮剂在辣椒叶片上持留性能研究

纳米农药具有粒径小、分散性好、利用率高等优势,是近年来农药剂型研发的热点.本研究利用液相色谱-质谱仪建立了吡唑醚菌酯和戊唑醇在辣椒叶片上持留剂量的分析方法,回收率为83.9%~108.5%,相对标准偏差为4.3%~9.9%.以30%吡唑醚菌酯·戊唑醇悬浮剂为对照药剂,通过茎叶喷雾施药,研究了 30%吡唑醚菌酯·戊唑醇纳米悬浮剂中农药有效成分在辣椒叶片上的持留剂量变化.结果表明:在喷雾处理3d和7d后,对照药剂处理后辣椒叶片上的农药持留剂量为0.042~2.71 mg/kg,低于相同剂量下的纳米悬浮剂处理组(0.064~4.93 mg/kg),纳米悬浮剂在辣椒叶片上的持留能力更强.
Study on retention performance of 30%pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole nanosuspension on pepper leaves
Nano pesticides have the advantages of small particle size,good dispersibility,and high utili-zation rate,making them a hot topic in the research of development of pesticide formulations in recent years.In this work,a liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry method was established to analyze the re-tention dose of pyraclostrobin and tebuconazole on pepper leaves.The recovery rates were 83.9%~108.5%,and the relative standard deviation was 4.3%~9.9%.The retention performance of 30%pyraclostrobin·tebuconazole nanosuspension on pepper leaves studied by foliar spray,with 30%pyra-clostrobin tebuconazole suspension as control.The results showed that after 3 and 7 days of treatment,the pesticide retention on the pepper leaves treated with the control group was 0.042~2.71 mg/kg,which was lower than that of the nanosuspension treatment(0.064~4.93 mg/kg).Nanosuspension had better retention performance on pepper leaves.
