摘要
纳米酶作为一种具有类酶活性的新型纳米材料,在抗逆改良、食品检测、食品加工与保鲜、植物保护和种子处理等方向具有广泛的应用前景.文章对纳米酶的定义、分类及其在农业方向的应用进行了综述,对目前存在的问题进行了探讨,并对其未来的发展方向进行了展望.
Abstract
As a new nanomaterial with enzyme-like activity,nanozymes had great application potential in stress resistance improvement,food testing,food processing and preservation,plant protection,seed treatment and other directions.This article reviewed the definition,classification and application of nanozymes in agriculture,discussed the current problems,and looked forward to their future development directions.
